Our non-illuminated mirrors do not come with a warranty, we strongly recommend our customer to check the quality during collection.

Our illuminated mirrors come with a 6-month warranty on the LED Module / Strip and LED Driver

Order & Payment
We advise our customers to check on the product availability prior visiting any of the participating store.
If an order being placed online, payment can be made through Online Transfer while Cash or QuitNow Transfer can be made in store.
Unfortunately, an installment payment plan is not available at this time.
An Initial Depsoit will be required for placing an order but subject to participating store.
Balance payment can be made during collection of items.

- To clean, gently wipe using a slightly damp cloth and let dry.
- Recommend installing our products in a well-ventilated area.
- For Solid Timber products, recommend conditioning the surface using baby oil to seal in enough moisture for a longer lasting (Recommended: Annually)
Each individual collection sold is hand-built and assembled by a team of craftsmen, every piece is unique and has its own characteristics.
The wide range of materials and finishes used to make the product can range from Mild Steel, Timber, Aluminium and much more.
We hope the “DO and DON’T” guide below will give you a better understanding of taking care of our products.

Don’t:
- Do not clean with any detergent, solvents or other cleaning agents which may damage the coating or finishes of our products.
- Prevent constant cleaning, this will wear off the coating or finishing (Paint and Chrome coating).
- Our products are not designed to withstand moist environments.
- High moisture level will cause damage to Mild Steel and Timber Material.

Order Confirmation
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a text or call to confirm your order details.
Once your item(s) have been fabricated and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification through call or text on the delivery date.
When Can I Expect My Order (Delivery Lead Time)
All our products are handcrafted, kindly allow our team of craftsmen the approximately duration as below to ensure your product are up to the required standard.
– Ready in Stock: 3 – 5 Working Days.
– Pre-Order items: 4 – 8 Weeks (Subject to the Design Collection)
– For more accurate delivery lead time on out-of-stock and pre-order items, kindly contact us.
Last Minute Change of Delivery Time / Address or Cancellation
You will receive a call from our delivery team to confirm your delivery schedule and address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed with delivery arrangement.
You can call to change the delivery date / address, 3 working days prior to the mutually agreed date. Any delivery changes or cancellation made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subject to a fee.
In the event of additional fees, delivery will be put on hold until the fees have been paid in full, only then the delivery will be resume based on the new mutually agreed date / address.
Self-Collection
If you wish to self-collect at our Gallery, kindly select “Self-Collection” option during your online purchase or inform us directly if is a direct purchase through WhatsApp or Phone Call.
Upon “Self-Collection” option have been selected, shipping fee will be waived from your purchase and delivery will be schedule / arrange.
Once the item is ready for collection, you will receive a Notification through call or text.

– Customers are advised to check the condition of the item(s) upon collection.
– We will not be responsible for any unsatisfaction on the item(s) after self-collection.
